Forge Recirculation Dump Valve Corsa VXR

Designed as a direct replacement for the OEM valve which is prone to failure when the engine has been tuned or had an upgrade to the engine management software.

The valve is complete and ready to install with no fitting kit required and is suitable for the Corsa VXR 1.6 Turbo Z16LET Engine.
It is supplied assembled with our "green" coded spring which is suitable for standard or mildly tuned engines. If your vehicle has been software tuned or running higher boost levels please contact us to advise on the required spring fitment.

Forge Valve Spring Tuning Kit Corsa VXR

This Forge actuator is precision CNC machined from a solid aluminium billet and features an adjustable rod and custom fabricated bracket to allow it to be bolted into the factory position as a direct replacement for the original part. With a range of internal springs available, it is the perfect way to allow higher boost levels to be run after modifications such as ECU remapping.
An essential upgrade for any high-velocity VXR.

Forge Front Mount Intercooler Kit Corsa VXR

The Forge Motorsport front mounting intercooler kit for the Corsa VXR is more than twice as big as the stock intercooler.

It includes a full replacement pipe run (in 60mm silicone) and aluminium for miniumum restriction, and future proofing for any future engine tuning.
Repeated dyno runs showed an increase on average of 10bhp and 10ft/lb with no other modifications, and with intake temperatures around 30 degrees C cooler than with the stock intercooler and on Remapped cars the gains will be even more dramatic.

The kit comes complete with all parts needed for the installation and a full set of colour instructions.

Forge Subframe Brace Corsa VXR

This subframe brace fits between the left and right sections of the front subframe Vauxhall's original is not up to the job as it's only 2mm thick it can be bent by hand !

This brace bar is made from solid 10mm thick stainless steel bar so it will never ever rust and its re-fitted with the bolts you remove for the stock brace making fitting very easy......you don't even requiring the undertray to be removed!

It instantly secures both sides of the subframe to prevent them flexing inwards during hard cornering and better maintains the wheel alignment.
A very simple and worthwhile addition to any Corsa.
