Made from billet aluminium, this recirculating diverter valve dumps the charge-air back into the air intake system keeping external noise to a minimum. This increases both quicker throttle response and higher clamping load to maintain boost pressure more reliably. Unlike diaphragm diverter valves, this uses counter balanced springs and a single piston to prevent the valve from leaking air into the intake system at idle. This prevents our diverter valves suffering any of the failures associated with single piston and diaphragm type diverter valves.

Available in machined alloy or black finish.

Excess crankcase pressure (sometimes known as "blow-by") is vented from the crankcase through the PCV system, where it is drawn into the intake manifold and returned by the engine. This recirculated air contains aerated oil from the crankcase which is burned by the engine.

Turbocharged, nitrous boosted and high mileage engines often draw excessive amounts of oil into the engine through the PCV system. The oil separator connects between the PCV hose and the intake manifold and removes aerated oil from the recirculated air and collects it in a tube that can be drained and recycled.
