Forge Replacement Valve Golf MK6 2.0litre FSiT TFSi Engines

This valve is for VAG vehicles equipped with the 2.0T FSI or TFSi engines that have the electronically controlled bypass valves. It is recommended for any vehicle where the boost pressure has been increased by an ECU software upgrade and for unmodified vehicles fitted with the earlier version of the OEM valve that operate in warmer climates, as a solution to the many failures of the diaphragm that have occurred.

Forge's alternative is a fully engineered solution offering both significantly improved reliability & the valve and installation kit replaces the original unit with a pressure/vacuum operated piston valve that still also retains the desirable OEM ECU control over valve actuation. It's product has been thoroughly designed and tested with the expressed intent of offering improved valve response and maintaining ECU control while resulting in absolutely NO fault codes, NO check engine lights, and no adverse effects of any kind. All of the necessary components and detailed instructions are included and everything is designed to make installation as simple as possible.

Forge are pleased to present the all new Golf 2.0 L FSIT "TWINtercooler" this ground breaking innovation features our unique twin-core design which has added greater efficiency throughout the entire RPM band beyond that of a single core setup. They have achieved this by using the latest core technology with high flow end tank designs to achieve a huge reduction in inlet temperatures.

Many months were spent testing various designs and the Twintercooler design emerging as the clear winner. This is a bolt-on kit that retains the use of the OEM intercooler to produce both horsepower AND torque, but more importantly, a HUGE reduction in inlet temperatures and increased flow efficiency.

Forge 11mm Alloy Wheel Spacers

These CNC machined precision alloy wheel spacers are 11 mm thick with a dual 5 stud bolt pattern for both 100 and 112mm PCD fitments. The spacers are anodised black to inhibit corrosion and "bonding" to the wheel or hub and are machined with an alloy spiggot to allow centering on the hub. (often called "hubcetric" spacers) The spacers are suitable for most vehicles produced by the Volkswagen, SEAT, Audi, Skoda group. A 11mm spacer will give an overall track increase of 22mm when fitted to both sides of an axle.

These spacers are priced and sold in pairs.

Please note: 11mm, 16mm, and 20mm hubcentric wheel spacers will NOT work on the rear wheels of the MK3 VW 5x100 applications due to the longer length of the center hub. There is no problem with the smaller 3mm, 5mm, and 8mm NON-hubcentric spacers.
