With the introduction of the VAG TSi Turbo Engine, Forge has developed a Patented Atmospheric Blow-Off adapter specifically designed to fit this application.
Simple in execution, yet offering the desirable atmospheric blow-off valve sound, this product has been designed to be fully compatible with the Bosch engine management systems employed.
This is not only a replacement for vehicles fitted with the OEM solenoid valve part number 06F 145 710 D, but will fit earlier applications of the 2.0 FSiT, the later TFSi 2 litre and the 5 cylinder TTRS .

This valve is for VAG vehicles equipped with the 2.0T FSI or TFSi engines that have the electronically controlled bypass valves. It is recommended for any vehicle where the boost pressure has been increased by an ECU software upgrade and for unmodified vehicles fitted with the earlier version of the OEM valve that operate in warmer climates, as a solution to the many failures of the diaphragm that have occurred.
Forge's alternative is a fully engineered solution offering both significantly improved reliability & the valve and installation kit replaces the original unit with a pressure/vacuum operated piston valve that still also retains the desirable OEM ECU control over valve actuation. It's product has been thoroughly designed and tested with the expressed intent of offering improved valve response and maintaining ECU control while resulting in absolutely NO fault codes, NO check engine lights, and no adverse effects of any kind. All of the necessary components and detailed instructions are included and everything is designed to make installation as simple as possible.

This Intercooler kit is completely unique to the Golf R application, sharing no other parts with any other Forge TWINtercooler. Due to the space constraints of the MK6 Golf R platform, this kit has a unique core, which is slightly thinner than other cores, but it is wider and taller, giving it overall more surface area for heat dissipation.
Before and after Dyno testing quickly showed the significant gains of this intercooler were achieved in the upper range, whilst on road testing highlighted the reduction in inlet temperatures .

Forge's new Induction kit for the Golf Mk6 R includes the hand-fabricated intake pipework, all silicone hoses and clips and of course, the stunning carbon-clad filters themselves.
This kit channels ice cold air from the front of the Golf through precision mandrel bent aluminium pipework, to ensure that the largest volumes of the coolest possible air is available to the engine at all times. Running two filters doubles the filtration area, maximising efficiency and improving torque throughout the rev range and it looks smart too!

This kit is suitable for intallation to the 2 litre FSi engines found in the VW MK5 Golf , MK5 Golf Edition 30 and SEAT Leon Cupra (not for engine codes CCTA CBFA) witH carbon filter.
Excess crankcase pressure is vented from the crankcase through the PCV system, where it is drawn into the intake manifold and returned by the engine. This recirculated air contains aerated oil from the crankcase which is burned by the engine. Turbo charged engines often draw significant amounts of oil into the engine through the PCV system. This oil catch tank system removes aerated oil so that it can be drained and recycled.
