A replacement turbo actuator for the Maxda 3 and this uses a piston design for maximum longevity in comparison to the OEM diaphragm unit. Using a range of available springs this actuator can be tuned to suit your requirements and sold complete with mounting bracket.

A complete kit for the Mazda 3 MPS (or Mazdaspeed) including alloy hard pipes,silicone hoses, clamps, fittings and a high performance front mounting intercooler, togehter with detailed full colour fitting instructions. Forge's front mount intercooler allows the intercooler to be permanently cooled by a good flow of cold air, whilst not adding any additional lag.
Spool-up remains as quick as with the top mount, but with the added benefit of more torque through the mid-range (over 20ft/lb increase on our car from 3000-5500rpm) and a useful gain in power too (our car made over 10bhp from 3000-5500rpm) with no other modifications.

Four springs are included within the kit, coloured coded green,yellow,blue, red. Depepending on the supplied original fitment this represents an increase of 25, 50, 75 and 100%.

Please note
- fitting a stronger spring into a valve will not increase boost pressure unless existing pressure is being lost. Failure to allow the valve to operate by installing a spring which is to strong may cause damage to the turbocharger.
