Blow Off Valve for BMW Mini R60 Cooper S

This Blow off or Atmospheric Dump valve is for the Mini Countryman R60 that has the electronically controlled bypass valves ( Cooper S models ). It is either recommended where the boost pressure has been increased by an ECU software upgrade or simply for those wanting a loud Blow off sound or simply as a solution to the many failures that have occurred.
The Forge alternative is a fully engineered solution offering both significantly improved reliability. The valve is piston based, with no diaphragm to fail, and of all aluminium construction, it replaces the original unit with a pressure/vacuum operated piston valve that still also retains the desirable OEM ECU control over valve actuation. The valve has been proved on the VAG scene for many years. The spring is interchangeable for different levels of boost, and the solenoid is plug and play with the wiring harness which is included.

This uprated intercooler has been designed as an upgrade Mini Countryman Cooper S models. After considerable trials with different intercoolers cores, we found that the most efficient for these models, was an intercooler of bar and plate design, and along with a significant overall increase in dimensions we have been able to improve the cooling ability and reduce the pressure loss across when compared to stock.
Forge's road and dyno testing showed that their intercooler was twice as efficient as the original intercooler with the inlet temperatures halved.
The uprated intercooler is supplied with all parts required for the installation and comprehensive instructions.
