Due to the excessively high volume of customer enquiries from both
email and telephone we have had to temporarily suspend our email
enquiry service until further notice.
Responding to email enquiries has been taking us up to a week and
this level of service is unacceptable to both you and ourselves. We
feel the quality of service that you have come to accept cannot be
allowed to suffer and until we can respond in a speedy and efficient
manor we have had to make this difficult decision.
We’re very pleased that we are breaking all sales records whilst
many of our competitors are struggling but appreciate that we cannot
let you, our customers, down and we currently have a recruitment
drive in progress to enable us to reinstate this service in the
future.
