The latest innovation from Forge.... this diverter valve is the next generation of recirculating technology developed from the legendary FMCL007P using the latest materials and in a very compact form factor.
Fitting the same vehicles as the FMCL007P, this proven technology dumps the charge-air back into the air intake system keeping external noise to a minimum. This increases both quicker throttle response and higher clamping load to maintain boost pressure more reliably.
Available in gunmetal or black finish.

The Splitter is a truly remarkable valve that gives a combination of blow off and recirculation valve operation all at the same time and has been specifically designed for the many turbo engined applications that operate metered airflow management systems.
This means you get all the noise of the blow off valve whilst retaining the compatibility with the recirculation requirements of the engine management system. As a bonus it also offer the ability to convert the valve to recirculation only mode for those times when stealth running is required.

Forge Valve Spring Tuning Kit

This kit contains a range of springs suitable for tuning either the FMDVFSIT, FMDVFSITVR. It can also be used in combination with our FMDVTUN spring kit for the tuning of our twin piston atmospheric blow off valves but is not suitable for the FMDVSPLTR.
Four springs are included within the kit, coloured coded green,yellow,blue, red. Depepending on the supplied original fitment this represents an increase of 25, 50, 75 and 100%.
The above figures are estimates only and should only be considered as a guideline
Please note
- fitting a stronger spring into a valve will not increase boost pressure unless existing pressure is being lost. Failure to allow the valve to operate by installing a spring which is to strong may cause damage to the turbocharger.
The red coded springs should not be installed in the DVR or DV007 diaphragm valves

This actuator is designed for the Audi A4 and Volkswagon Passat 1.8T engines that are longitudinally mounted. (crankshaft of the engine runs inline or the length of the chassis)
This adjustable actuator is a two part assembly that will allow servicing and maintenance. It also allows for rod adjustment to suit the customers individual application. Laser cut stainless steel brackets ensure OEM like fitment. This product is built with a predetermined actuator spring suitable for at or slightly above factory boost levels.
